- All essential oils will raise the vibration and frequency of your body, which will improve your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being. Depending on the ages of your children in your family unit, they will become a potent part of your family’s self-care routine.
- Consult a medical professional if you or your child are taking medications or have any health concerns.

If you wish to give daily healing massages to your children, use plain sweet almond oil on alternate days. Or alternatively, diffuse the essential oil blend in the room, and use plain sweet almond oil for the massage.
- Store your diluted essential oil blends in a clean glass bottle with a lid, for multiple applications. Shake well before every use. Store in a cool, dry, dark place.
- Ensure that you stay hydrated with pure water when using essential oils, to support the natural processes of the body.
- The dilution ratios for different age groups are a recommendation, it is always best to start with the lowest quantity of drops, and increase slowly when required for more acute situations only.
- Use different essential oils on alternate days, to ensure the body continues to positively react to the healing plant bio-chemicals. If you or your child is particularly unwell, you may wish to use your essential oil blends for a few days straight, and then allow a few days or a week as a break. It is up to you, to monitor your unique situation and trust your intuition.
- For general use, use essential oils every other day for 8 days, and then give 7-10 off as a break, for their bodies to balance and integrate the effects of the essential oils. Taking intermittent breaks will allow your body to continue receiving the positive benefits of essential oils, without causing excessive overuse in the body, which may diminish its positive reactions, and to avoid excessive and long-term exposure to a single oil, which may cause an allergy over a longer period of time.

This oil is cheerful and I happily shared it with my 4 year old niece who is integrating the wider world through nursery and other busy gatherings. This is a happy mix of bright citrus smells, mild enough for children.
